Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Site Helper to assist skilled workers and site supervisors in various tasks on a construction site in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, willing to work outdoors under varying weather conditions, and ready to follow instructions carefully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers such as masons, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on the construction site.
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
• Set up and dismantle scaffolding, barriers, and temporary structures.
• Handle basic manual tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying.
• Follow all health and safety regulations on-site.
• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the supervisor.
• Assist in moving heavy equipment and materials.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction (preferred but not mandatory).
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and long hours.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of Arabic or English (a plus).
• Valid work permit/residency in the UAE (or eligibility to obtain one).
