Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer cum Senior Foreman to join our team, preferably with FITOUT experience. The candidate will play a key role in overseeing the successful execution of interior design & Fit out projects from conception to completion. This individual will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and client communications to ensure the delivery of high-quality results on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of interior design projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Collaborate closely with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are achieved.

- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.

- Manage client relationships, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is being completed according to design specifications and quality standards.

- Prepare and present project status reports, budget analyses, and other project-related documentation to stakeholders as needed.

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the project management workflow.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in same field

- Proven experience of being site engineer or senior foreman within the fit out & interior design industry, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in UAE.

- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize competing demands effectively.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
