Site Engineer

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate construction site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes. - Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders. - Conduct site inspections to verify quality control and adherence to project timelines. - Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and environmental standards. - Manage project documentation including plans, specifications, and contracts. - Assist in resource planning and allocation to enhance productivity and efficiency. - Identify and address potential risks and work proactively to minimize delays and costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry, preferably within the UAE or Middle East region. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. - Proficient in project management software and MS Office applications. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety on site.
