Site Engineer

Job Summary:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site project execution, ensuring

compliance with product specifications, supervising fabrication and installation works, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Experience in stone factory operations and stone material applications is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret technical drawings, product specifications, and project plans.

Supervise on-site activities, including fabrication, installation, and finishing works, ensuring quality standards are met.

Coordinate with the design, procurement, and factory teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of materials.

Monitor site progress, prepare progress reports, and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Conduct inspections and quality checks during and after installation to confirm adherence to project requirements.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and handover.

Provide technical support and problem-solving solutions on-site.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.

Knowledge of stone materials, stone fabrication processes, and stone factory operations is a plus.

Strong understanding of technical specifications and installation methods.

Excellent project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is preferred.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel between sites and factory as required.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
