Construction Site Nurse / Occupational Health Nurse

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Site Nurse with a valid DHA license to provide primary healthcare services at our project site. The candidate will be responsible for handling workplace injuries, conducting health assessments, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries and illnesses
• Assess and manage minor injuries and refer serious cases to hospitals
• Maintain medical records of all employees on site
• Conduct routine health checks and monitor workers’ fitness for duty
• Administer prescribed medications when required
• Ensure compliance with site health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Coordinate with safety officers on health-related matters
• Maintain and manage site clinic supplies and first aid kits
• Participate in emergency drills and incident response planning
• Educate workers on basic health, hygiene, and safety practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid DHA License (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (preferably in industrial/site settings)
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
• Certification in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Ability to handle emergency situations independently
• Good communication skills
