About Us:

Sport Surfaces LLC is a leading sports court construction company specializing in tennis, pickleball, padel, and basketball court construction, surfacing, and renovation projects throughout Florida. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Construction Site Superintendent / Project Coordinator to join our growing operations team.

Position Overview:

This hybrid position combines hands-on site supervision with project coordination and logistical management. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple crews across various job sites, manage schedules and materials, and ensure projects stay on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate construction activities for multiple projects statewide.

Schedule jobs, coordinate timelines, and ensure crews are properly assigned.

Order and track materials for each project to keep production on schedule.

Handle all job logistics, including delivery coordination and equipment allocation.

Travel 2–3 times per week to active job sites to oversee progress and quality.

Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and project specifications.

Work directly with subcontractors, engineers, and the production team.

Utilize construction management software for scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and field crews.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site supervision or project coordination.

Strong understanding of site work, concrete, and general construction practices.

Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend, Procore, or similar).

Ability to read and understand blueprints, grading plans, and specifications.

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.

Willingness to travel statewide 2–3 times per week.
