Construction Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities for residential apartment projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of work as per approved drawings and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for residential apartment construction
• Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams
• Monitor RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance at site
• Plan and track material requirements; control wastage
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and consultants
• Assist in inspections, snag list closure, and handover activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in residential apartment projects
• Knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of quality standards and safety norms
• Diploma / ITI / Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Willingness to work at project sites

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in high-rise or multi-storey apartment projects
• Familiar with finishing and handover processes
• Good communication skills with contractors and team
• Local candidates preferred

Pay: ₹12,368.28 - ₹36,283.59 per month
