Job Title: Construction Supervision Inspector I&E

Location: Sindh, Pakistan

Qualification: B.E or DAE Electrical

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Job Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Supervise daily I&E construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specs, codes, and safety standards.
• Coordination: Direct I&E contractors and subcontractors, scheduling work and coordinating with mechanical and civil teams for interfaces.
• Quality Assurance/Control (QA/QC): Support I&E inspections, review contractor markups, ensure correct implementation of Management of Change (MOC), and verify handover documentation content.
• Safety Management: Enforce company safety policies, conduct safety meetings (JSAs), and promote a strong safety culture.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily logs, progress reports, track punch lists (check sheets), and manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
• Technical Expertise: Read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, resolve technical problems, and provide input on constructability.
• Commissioning Support: Focus on critical path commissioning, assist with loop shooting, and support start-up/troubleshooting.
• Resource Management: Monitor material availability, consumable usage, and manage site logistics.
