We’re looking for an experienced Construction Technician to support inspection activities on plant, compressor station, and pipeline facility projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring construction is completed safely, accurately, and in full compliance with contract documents, drawings, specifications, codes, and applicable regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform construction inspections to verify work meets contract requirements and approved plans
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and material lists
• Support layout activities and work with survey equipment as needed
• Witness hydrotesting, concrete testing, and other quality-related activities
• Collect and organize as-built data and contribute to final project completion packages
• Conduct field reconnaissance to support scoping of proposed plans and facilities
• Provide clear, timely documentation and reporting to the Project Engineer

Equipment You’ll Be Expected to Have:

• Digital camera for daily photo documentation of inspected activities
• Daily logbook to track progress, observations, and issues
• Laptop computer for daily reporting and organizing completion documentation

Working Conditions:

• Office environment: approximately 50%
• Outdoor field work: up to 50%
• Exposure to heat and cold conditions (each up to 30%)
• Travel required up to 50%
