Construction Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople in the construction and renovation of buildings and structures
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning job sites
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to designated areas
• Help set up scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project duration

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
