Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Construction Workers to join our team in the UAE. The candidate will assist in various construction activities including building, site preparation, material handling, and basic construction work, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general construction work such as digging, lifting, loading, and unloading materials
• Assist skilled workers such as masons, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
• Prepare and clean construction sites before and after work
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, and other materials
• Carry and move tools, equipment, and construction materials
• Operate basic construction tools and machinery (as instructed)
• Follow site safety rules and company policies at all times
• Help set up scaffolding, temporary structures, and barriers
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to work in hot weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers
• Prior construction experience in the UAE or Gulf countries is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is a plus
• Willingness to work overtime if required
• Team player with a strong work ethic

Working Conditions

• Outdoor construction sites
• 8–10 hours per day (may vary depending on project needs)

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
