Job Summary
We’re hiring hardworking, reliable crew members for landscaping and masonry projects. Our work includes laying block, bricks, pool tile, pool coping, retaining walls, columns, mixing mortar, installing pavers, patios, and walkways, plus digging, carrying materials, and job site cleanup. Experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person. Must have transportation, show up on time, and be ready for physical outdoor work. Pay is $14–$22/hour depending on experience, with weekly pay and opportunities to grow into higher-paying roles and crew leadership.
Responsibilities
- Move and stage materials (block, brick, sand, gravel)
- Set up and install framing boards
- Assist with laying footers and foundations
- Lay block, brick, and pavers
- Install pool tile, coping, retaining walls, and columns
- Cut tile, brick, and block using saws (including wet saw)
- Take basic measurements and follow layout lines
- Assist crew leader with job setup and execution
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain tools and keep equipment clean
- Clean and organize jobsite daily
- Pick up trash and debris
- Follow safety guidelines and wear proper gear
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembling materials.
- Support heavy lifting and material handling to ensure smooth workflow on-site.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
- Perform concrete work including mixing, pouring, finishing, and setting forms for foundations or structures.
- Install rebar reinforcement and assist with masonry tasks such as bricklaying or stucco application.
- Contribute to site cleanup, organization of materials, and maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
Requirements
- Not required, but preferred, prior construction site experience or related hands-on work in building environments.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely; experience with concrete forming, tile laying, or flooring installation is beneficial.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical instructions for various trades like carpentry or metal stud framing.
- Physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.

Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
