Construction Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a 2 motivated and skilled commercial, Construction Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of office construction projects, of commercial office buildouts. Your hands-on expertise and dedication will help ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Working for our company will have chances of advancement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including material handling and site cleanup
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various tasks such as framing, minimal roofing, and concrete work
• Read blueprints and accurately to follow project specifications and plans
• Support renovation projects by performing carpentry, drywall installation, wall finishing, caulking, trim carpentry, painting and plastering tasks
• Conduct minor heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols on construction jobs.
• Assist with metal stud framing, flooring installation, roofing repairs or installations, and restoration work as needed
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials regularly.
• Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, and concrete work
• Mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, light equipment, etc., operation.
• Knowledge of safety procedures including lifting techniques and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Valid driver’s license, social Security info, Tin numbers/documents and whatever is required by the county, state and all governments.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,100.00 per week
