Job Description

Genesis Documents Clearing Services is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Consultancy Sales Advisor (Female) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, presenting services confidently, and is comfortable representing the company both in person and on digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be confident on camera and willing to participate in live sessions on social media platforms to explain services, answer basic queries, and build trust with potential clients. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online platforms
• Understand client requirements related to trade license, visa, and banking services
• Confidently explain company services in a clear and professional manner
• Participate in live sessions on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Assist in creating basic video content (service explanations, FAQs, promotions)
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
• Work towards individual and team sales targets

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Comfortable speaking on camera and appearing in live sessions
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Confident, presentable, and professional personality
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (freshers are welcome)
• Willingness to learn consultancy services and sales processes
• Basic computer and social media knowledge
