Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate/Manager with proven consulting experience to join a short-term engagement focused on Data & Digital Transformation . This is a unique opportunity to work on strategic initiatives within a leading consulting environment serving public and private sector clients in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the delivery of data and digital transformation projects , including strategy, governance, and implementation.
• Develop data strategies , operating models, and digital roadmaps for clients.
• Conduct assessments and design solutions aligned with clients’ transformation goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive stakeholder alignment and implementation planning.
• Produce high-quality deliverables (presentations, reports, workshops) with minimal oversight.
• Engage with client executives to drive insights, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in management consulting , ideally with MBB or Tier 2 firms .
• Strong expertise in digital transformation , data strategy , data governance , or technology enablement .
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Arabic fluency is a must; English fluency required.

Based in Saudi Arabia or able to travel
