About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and client-focused Data Migration Consultant to join our dynamic Professional Services team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful migration of client data during enterprise software implementations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely data migrations that support seamless onboarding and system adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute data transformation, formatting, and loading activities for client implementation projects.
• Collaborate with implementation consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements.
• Analyze and map client data templates into system-compatible formats, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Prepare, validate, and reconcile financial and operational data using Microsoft Excel.
• Provide responsive support for client data queries and perform iterative updates as needed.
• Maintain clear documentation of mapping logic and migration processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a data-focused role, ideally within software implementation or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and validation techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with clients.
• High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn basic accounting principles to support data validation and reconciliation.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager schema and modules.
• Experience in Yardi Voyager implementations in a techno-functional capacity (2–3 years preferred).
• Exposure to real estate or property management domains.
• Background or understanding of finance concepts.
