We are looking for immediate joiners from Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges for the role of:

Role: Associate Managing Consultant – Advisors & Consulting Services (Performance Analytics)

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Experience Band: 6–10 years

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Tier 1 PG: 7+ years
• Tier 1 Graduate (B.Tech): 8+ years
• Tier 2: 7+ years (case-to-case basis)

✔ SQL / Python / R / SAS

✔ Predictive Modelling – Regression, Logistic, Linear

✔ ML – GBM, Deep Learning, Neural Networks

✔ Segmentation | Clustering | Bucketing

✔ Risk & Propensity Models | Scorecards | Decision Trees

✔ Tableau / Power BI

• Machine Learning: GBM, Deep Learning, Neural Networks
• Modelling: Regression, Logistic, Linear
• Strategy Analytics: Campaign Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Segmentation, Clustering, Bucketing
• Tools: SQL and/or Python (must know at least one)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across a range of industries and problem statements

• Contribute to and/or develop analytics strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value

• Manage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner

• Create predictive models using segmentation and regression techniques to drive profits

• Review analytics end-products to ensure accuracy, quality and timeliness.

• Proactively seek new knowledge and structures project work to facilitate the capture of Intellectual Capital with minimal oversight

Qualifications-

Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings to provide recommendations via descriptive analytics and business intelligence

• Knowledge of metrics, measurements, and benchmarking to complex and demanding solutions across multiple industry verticals

• Data and analytics experience such as working with data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS) and building, managing, and maintaining database structures
