Job Summary:

Vecura Wellness Clinic is seeking a passionate and patient-focused Consultant Doctor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert consultation to walk-in and teleconsulting patients, clearly explaining treatment procedures, and guiding them towards appropriate wellness programs. This is a consultative and conversion-focused role aimed at ensuring patient trust and clinical excellence.

Qualification: BHMS, BAMS, BNYS, BSMS,MD

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct one-on-one consultations with patients.

* Assess patient concerns and provide tailored treatment suggestions.

* Clearly explain treatment plans, procedures, expected outcomes, and address patient queries.

* Ensure patient satisfaction and confidence in the clinic’s services.

* Assist in converting inquiries into treatments by building trust and rapport.

* Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of patients into treatment programs.

* Maintain accurate records of consultations and follow-up plans.

* Stay updated with clinic’s treatment protocols and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Medicine BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, MD or equivalent preferred).

* 0–2 years of relevant clinical or consultation experience.

* Strong communication and patient-handling skills.

* Ability to explain medical treatments in a simple, reassuring manner.

* Sales or counselling experience in healthcare settings will be an added advantage.
