Job Summary:


The Consultant will serve as a senior advisor in the areas of economic analysis, strategic project management, and international collaboration. The role involves providing strategic guidance, overseeing government and international projects, ensuring effective project governance, and managing relationships with both domestic and international stakeholders. The Consultant will ensure that initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities and national economic goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Economic and Strategic Advisory:

  • Provide in-depth economic and policy analysis to support high-level strategic decisions.
  • Monitor economic trends and assess their impact on national and organizational priorities.
  • Recommend economic initiatives that align with strategic development goals.
  • Review and advise on economic agreements and international cooperation frameworks.

Government and International Relations:

  • Act as the main liaison with government entities and international organizations.
  • Represent the organization in high-level meetings, conferences, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support negotiation and execution of international agreements and MoUs.
  • Foster relationships with global institutions, think tanks, and diplomatic missions.

Project Management:

  • Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic government and international projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scopes, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure alignment with objectives and KPIs.
  • Implement project management methodologies (such as PMBOK, Agile, or PRINCE2) to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and prepare lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and policy briefs in both English and Arabic.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project and initiative performance, highlighting risks, bottlenecks, and recommended actions.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Project Management, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) .
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in economic policy, strategic project management, and international affairs.
  • Proven experience in managing high-impact projects with government or international entities.
  • Familiarity with national regulations, international agreements, and development strategies.
  • Project Management certification is a plus (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP).


Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, especially in multicultural contexts.
  • High-level proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously.
