Key Responsibilities

• Guide students in exploring career paths, certifications, and training opportunities.
• Recommend industry-relevant, job-oriented courses (such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
• Organize and conduct career development workshops and seminars.
• Monitor student progress, provide continuous support, and assist with placement outcomes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, empathy, organizational ability, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Attitude: Passionate about student success and familiar with current career trends.
