This role oversees the operations and automation of large-scale infrastructure environments, driving continuous improvement through expert use of Infrastructure as Code and automation tools. The position is accountable for ensuring robust service delivery, optimizing operational processes, and empowering teams to meet client SLAs and organizational objectives through advanced problem-solving and strategic people management. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead infrastructure automation initiatives by architecting and deploying solutions using Infrastructure as Code tools such as PowerShell DSC, Terraform, and Ansible to streamline environment provisioning and configuration management.
2. Drive operational process improvements by developing advanced PowerShell and Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and reporting across cloud and on-premises systems, ensuring robust information flow and management.
3. Oversee CI/CD pipeline management in Jenkins, integrating automated deployment and testing capabilities to ensure reliable and repeatable delivery processes.
4. Mentor and guide support teams on best practices in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automation, fostering technical growth and transparent communication of project objectives.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate complex client requirements into actionable operational solutions using DevOps methodologies and PowerShell automation.
6. Champion innovation by researching, evaluating, and implementing emerging DevOps tools and practices to enhance operational efficiency and organizational progress.
7. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements in all automated processes and infrastructure deployments.
Skill Requirements
