The recruit will be responsible for consulting and research assignments in healthcare, industrial and other allied segments. Looking for candidates who are self-driven and motivated to achieve excellence. The candidate shall be well versed with business strategy assessments including industry and financial assessment studies and shall have demonstrated experience of working with clients in order to facilitate business decisions.

Sector and business related
•    Ability to assess sector level performance and trends and understanding of inter-linkages with the macro economy
•    Undertake Market/ Demand Assessment studies with understanding of demand supply dynamics
•    Work on industry reports and strategy and consulting related assignment 

•    Undertake Financial Feasibility Assessment – Built Financial Model, Projected Key Financial Statements, Assessed Financial Viability and Bankability of the project using key financial indicators like Project IRR, Equity IRR, NPV, DSCR, ICR etc.
•    Flair to conduct primary interactions with industry participants for gathering information related to sector and market view. Connect with market participants, as required, for obtaining critical information
•    Flair to get market intelligence and skill to sense business and commercial insights
•    Author and publish articles to showcase thought-leadership and build franchise for the business
•    Deliver presentations to clients and internal committees
•    Manage internal and external expectations and deliver on business execution, quality of deliverables, timely deliverable execution and market impact

Skills

  • Ability to structure and write high-quality reports
  • Report Writing, Financial modelling, Client management abilities
  • Ability to work on numbers and understand sector / company trends to derive business insights
  • Have a good grasp of financial reporting and analysis for companies
  • Ability to think out of the box and come out with innovative solutions/ideas
  • Should be capable of handling multiple time-sensitive requirements with high quality, within committed timelines and with zero errors
  • Working with colleagues towards achievement of individual and team level goals
  • Eye to detail and strong data analytical and consulting skills
  • Good Communication, Presentation and Report Writing capabilities
  • Proven ability to interact with senior management at client end
  • Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work across teams within tight deadlines
