Job Title: Cortex Technical Consultant

Location: Saudi

Contract: 12 Months Renewable

We are seeking for a Cortex Technical Consultant who is responsible for supporting the end‑to‑end deployment, integration, and production support of Cortex platforms within a regulated banking environment. This role involves close coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure that Cortex solutions are implemented in line with business, technical, and compliance requirements.

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors for installation, configuration, and implementation of Cortex solutions

• Support end-to-end deployment of Cortex platforms in line with business and technical requirements

• Provide hands-on production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

• Ensure systems are compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards

• Work closely with internal teams to integrate Cortex solutions with existing systems via APIs

• Monitor system performance and ensure stability and availability in production environments

• Assist in testing, validation, and rollout of new features and updates

• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and support activities

• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and operations

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical roles supporting enterprise systems

• Strong experience working with APIs and system integrations

• Proficiency in Java and related technologies

• Experience coordinating with external vendors for system implementation and support

• Understanding of compliance requirements within regulated environments

• Experience providing production support and troubleshooting live systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
