Senior Consultant – Healthcare Workforce Planning (Contract | KSA)

We are partnering with a leading organisation in the healthcare sector to appoint a Senior Consultant in Healthcare Workforce Planning for a high-impact engagement based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a strategic workforce transformation project, collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape data-driven decision-making in healthcare.

The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with the Project Director, a remote analytics team, and client-side stakeholders to deliver a critical workforce planning initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project management, governance, and reporting activities
• Contribute to the design of data collection frameworks and data management lifecycle processes
• Engage stakeholders, proactively identifying and resolving gaps and challenges
• Design and facilitate workshops with client teams and key stakeholders
• Contribute to, and where required lead, the development of key project deliverables

What You’ll Be Delivering

• Project initiation and foundational documentation
• Data management frameworks, tools, and templates
• Facility-level data collection and reporting outputs
• A final report including analysis and strategic workforce recommendations

Your Background

• Experience in management consulting (strategy, operations, or transformation)
• Exposure to healthcare and life sciences (hospitals, pharma, biotech, medtech)

Must-Have Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a boutique or Big 4 consulting firm
• Recent hands-on experience in project delivery and data analytics
• Experience working within the Saudi healthcare sector
• Eligible to work as a contractor in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh-based preferred)
