Job Summary:
Alshifa Cupping Clinic Cosmetic Division is seeking a dedicated Consultant Doctor to specialize in aesthetic treatments such as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy, GFC (Growth Factor Concentrate) procedures, and injectables (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers). This role is ideal for professionals with a BDS, AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Homeopathy), or MBBS qualification and at least 2 years of experience in the cosmetology field. Based in Chennai or Coimbatore, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a holistic wellness environment, focusing on facial aesthetics, skin rejuvenation, and non-surgical enhancements. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PRP, GFC, and injectable treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all medical protocols and hygiene standards.
• Conduct patient consultations, assess needs, and develop personalized treatment plans for aesthetic enhancements (e.g., anti-aging, hair restoration, skin revitalization).
• Educate patients on procedures, potential outcomes, risks, and aftercare to ensure informed consent and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment notes, progress tracking, and follow-up documentation using clinic software.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including dermatologists, nurses, and support staff, to deliver comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine through continuous professional development and training.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those from relevant medical councils (e.g., Dental Council of India, AYUSH Ministry, or Medical Council of India).
• Participate in clinic marketing activities, such as workshops or social media promotions, to attract new patients.
• Handle any post-procedure complications or emergencies with professionalism and expertise.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Dental Surgery (BDS), MBBS, or any AYUSH qualification (Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Homeopathy) from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the appropriate regulatory body (e.g., Dental Council of India, Central Council of Indian Medicine, or Medical Council of India) and a current practicing license.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the cosmetology field, specifically in performing PRP, GFC, and injectables (certification or specialized training in aesthetic procedures is highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and regenerative therapies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and software for aesthetic treatments.
• Willingness to relocate or commute to Chennai or Coimbatore as needed.
• Additional certifications in cosmetic medicine or aesthetic procedures (e.g., from AAAM or equivalent) will be an advantage.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in a cosmetic, dermatology, or holistic wellness clinic setting.
• Passion for patient care and a commitment to ethical, integrative practices (e.g., combining aesthetics with cupping therapy).
• Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi (or other regional languages) for effective patient interaction.
