Consultant Anaesthesiologist

1. Conduct preoperative assessments, reviewing patients' medical histories, current health status, and anesthesia requirements to determine the appropriate anesthesia plan.

2. Administer various types of anesthesia, such as general, regional, and local anesthesia, as per the patient's needs and the surgical procedure being performed.

3. Monitor patients' vital signs, anesthesia depth, and overall well-being throughout surgery, making necessary adjustments to anesthesia levels as required.

4. Manage patients' pain relief and comfort during postoperative recovery, utilizing appropriate pain management techniques.

5. Collaborate closely with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated patient care experience.

6. Provide informed consent and education to patients and their families about the anesthesia process, risks, benefits, and postoperative care.

7. Respond promptly to emergency situations, managing anesthesia-related complications and adverse events.

8. Document all procedures, assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and comprehensively in medical records.

9. Stay updated with the latest advancements in anesthesia techniques, equipment, and safety protocols through continuous education and professional development.

10. Participate in hospital quality improvement initiatives related to anesthesia services, ensuring compliance with established standards and guidelines.

11. Adhere to infection control protocols, maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room and procedural areas.

12. Assist in the training and supervision of anesthesia residents, nurse anesthetists, and other healthcare staff as needed.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
