Consultant Anaesthesiologist

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties

• Provide anesthesia services for elective and emergency surgeries (General, Regional, Spinal, Epidural, Sedation, GA).
• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and risk assessments.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage post-anesthesia recovery.
• Manage pain services, including acute and chronic pain management.
• Provide anesthesia support in ICU, trauma, and emergency cases as required.
• Handle airway management and resuscitation in critical situations.

Patient Safety & Quality

• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, NABH/JCI standards .
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation.
• Participate in clinical audits, morbidity & mortality meetings.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, and OT personnel.
• Supervise junior doctors, residents, or anesthesia technicians if applicable.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
