The Asset Management Consultancy division supports developers, investors, and government entities in optimising their real estate assets through strategic advice on operational efficiency, lifecycle management, financial performance, and long-term sustainability.
We are seeking a Consultant to join our Dubai-based team. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering technical and strategic consultancy services, helping clients maximise value from their real estate portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
FM Consultancy:
-
Conduct technical and operational audits across building systems (MEP, HVAC, plumbing, infrastructure, soft services).
- Evaluate FM contracts, SLAs, and KPIs for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
- Support clients in FM strategy development, vendor selection, and tender evaluations.
- Develop maintenance plans, asset registers, and lifecycle cost models in line with SFG20 and ISO 41001.
- Provide recommendations for operational efficiency, sustainability, and technology integration (IoT, CAFM, BIM).
Property Operations Advisory:

Assess property management frameworks, service charge models, and tenant engagement strategies.
- Conduct performance reviews of property and community management operations, benchmarking against RICS and local standards.
- Contribute to development of operational readiness plans for new developments from design to handover and occupancy.
- Review service delivery models and identify opportunities for improvement in customer experience, efficiency, and governance.
- Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines for property portfolios.
Strategic Asset Management Advisory:

Support preparation of asset management plans, performance dashboards, and investment-grade reports.
- Participate in asset performance analysis including income, cost, and lifecycle planning to support value optimisation.
- Conduct data-driven benchmarking and market research to inform client strategies.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop business cases, feasibility analyses, and portfolio improvement plans.
- Assist clients with governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting systems aligned to RICS and ISO 55000 principles.
Reporting and Client Engagement:

Prepare clear, professional consultancy deliverables — reports, presentations, proposals, and technical appendices.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients in collaboration with senior team members.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and manage tasks to meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Build trusted relationships with clients through reliability, responsiveness, and quality of work.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Essential:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services), Property, Real Estate, or Facilities Management.
- 2–4 years’ relevant experience in facilities, property, or asset management (consultancy or client-side preferred).
- Strong understanding of operational management principles across FM, property, and asset management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and produce clear recommendations.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate regulatory frameworks and FM/property management best practices.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to varied client projects.
Desirable:

Experience within a real estate consultancy or advisory environment.
- Knowledge of CAFM/CMMS systems and asset lifecycle planning tools.
- Exposure to financial modelling or lifecycle cost analysis.
- Certification or membership with RICS, IFMA, IWFM, or similar professional bodies.
- Familiarity with sustainability, energy management, and smart-building initiatives.
