Job Summary:
The Consultant – Biochemistry will be responsible for overseeing and performing clinical laboratory testing and analysis, ensuring high standards of accuracy, quality, and compliance with NABL requirements. The role involves close collaboration with clinicians and healthcare providers to support accurate diagnosis and patient care, while also guiding and mentoring laboratory staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct, supervise, and validate clinical biochemistry laboratory tests and analyses.
• Interpret laboratory results and provide clinical insights to support diagnostic decisions.
• Ensure strict adherence to NABL guidelines, quality control measures, and laboratory best practices.
• Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and healthcare teams for effective patient management.
• Train, mentor, and guide laboratory staff on procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor laboratory performance and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with advancements in diagnostic technologies and laboratory methodologies.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• PhD in Biochemistry (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a clinical laboratory environment.
• NABL accreditation experience or certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
