Position: Business Analyst
Location: Karachi

Summary

Business Analyst at Systems Limited will play a key role in driving healthcare-focused projects by translating business needs into clear functional requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring solutions align with regulatory and industry standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of healthcare workflows, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, patient-centric outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for healthcare products, platforms, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to define solution scope and ensure alignment with healthcare regulations.

  • Develop use cases, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for product enhancements and new initiatives.

  • Conduct gap analysis, workflow reviews, and root-cause analysis to identify opportunities for system or process optimization.

  • Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings to validate requirements and prioritize features.

  • Support QA and development teams by clarifying requirements, reviewing test cases, and ensuring successful UAT execution.

  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

  • Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership and project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2–4 years in the healthcare domain.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows such as claims processing, care management, provider networks, EHR/EMR systems, or population health.

  • Hands-on experience with healthcare data standards.

  • Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, business process modeling, and analytical tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio).

  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
