Role & Responsibilities:
Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in the design and implementation of a broad range of Rewards Data related solutions and will play a key role in the identification, development, and closure of sales opportunities at the core of our Compensation & Benefits survey participation growth strategy, in addition to the management of existing annuity enrollment to our surveys, agnostic of sectors & industries. Focusing on providing value-added services, enhancing current Aon Rewards data products, building new Aon data products, and leveraging data consulting capabilities to help clients extract additional value by performing data and analytics management, helping clients to optimize the value of Rewards data to unlock insights relevant to Compensation Rewards Strategies, diagnose issues and ensure better outcomes through consulting services and deep technical expertise. Responsible for revenue growth through enhanced data offering, progressively managing small to medium scale client projects independently, ensuring timely quality data products, and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Expectations (Growth Strategy):

Introduces & onboards new logos: small to medium size clients to a specific data product (Compensation Surveys, Benefits Pay Design, Executive Remuneration Practice, Non-Executive Director Remuneration Review & related Data Solutions Studies).

Identifies & scopes opportunities to provide value added services beyond data products (cross collaboration across Aon solutions)
Client Delivery (Solution Expertise & Delivery Management):

Understands the Compensation Data Solutions business within a single sector and can articulate the value proposition of the business to peers at clients. Understand the client segment Rewards Compensation trends and integrates that knowledge in Aon’s Compensation survey product management responsibilities.

Survey Consultant to help client firms classify their employees, collect their pay data, analyze and validate their data submissions, produce/ analyze/ assess benchmark reports, formulate trend insights, tailored solutions based on the need, and present results to Client’s mid tier stakeholders & recommend design changes to help shape better decisions, addressing specific business challenges & objectives.

To be equipped to independently run Job match sessions for small to mid-scale/ non-critical clients, shadow seniors for large accounts for Compensation surveys based on the organization’s proprietary framework.

Ensures ‘Survey Project Management Governance’ - TAT, Quality, Strategic & Operational priorities, Stakeholder Coordination, Information sharing framework that preserves the sanctity and ensures security, overall risk mitigation & effective communication.

Designs and drafts presentations that are appropriately tailored for the audience, including client project teams and Remuneration Committee and Board stakeholders, with limited supervision.

To continuously assess and understand client business dynamics and complexities, adapting analysis approaches and solutions accordingly.

Capable of facing off with mid-level client HR professionals and transacting on tactical questions.
Client Development (Sales):
-
Role is client focused and primarily acts in an account manager capacity, will also be responsible to identify new clients, explain Aon services and procure client participation in the suite of annuity Data surveys.

Integral to the survey participation numbers growth strategy (for a new Data Product launch or entering into a new market) by shadowing the Business Head in the execution plan.

Participates in the request for proposal (RFP) process for mid to large size proposals, conducting scoping and fact-finding conversations with clients and prospects to ensure the delivery of proposals with a strong command on problem solving and storytelling through analytics.
Stakeholder Management:

Builds strong and positive relationships across the client teams whilst being able to influence and negotiate effectively at least up to mid-tier levels and work as part of a team to achieve project objectives.

Direct accountability of small to medium size clients for end-to-end Survey relationship process (coordinating with internal stakeholders – Relationship Managers, Product SMEs, Operations/ Analytics, Advisory Business)

Provides training to the new joiners, invest in building Unmatched Talent.

Cross collaborates with wider Aon consulting colleagues by providing client/ industry knowledge, Rewards Data solution inputs that support in delivery of broader consultancy/ transformation projects.

Independently partners with marketing team to draft relevant sector/ industry Rewards Trends content.
Skills and Experience
-
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration/ accounting/ economics/ mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Engineering or Human Resource from a renowned university

3-6 years of work experience in Rewards (Compensation) Consulting or in-house Rewards Management

Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking methodologies and best practices

Prior expertise of data extraction techniques such as SQL, Python, or R, as well as proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to be an added advantage

Strong analytical and project management skills, able to independently run small to medium size projects, ensuring quality, timelines and profitability.

Strong presentation and persuasion skills, with track record of delivering impactful insights & recommendations.

Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and develop innovative solutions using data-drive approaches.

Lead and support business development activities. Proven client management or account management experience

Strong client service orientation: Help drive holistic client satisfaction.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Fluent written and spoken English is essential, Arabic speaker is preferred.
