Job Description
The DIC Programs Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering digital innovation programs under the Digital Innovation Center (DIC). This role ensures the successful execution of innovative initiatives, accelerators, pilots, and partnerships aligned with organizational and national digital transformation goals. The role requires strong program management, stakeholder coordination, and innovation ecosystem engagement skills.
Responsibilities

Work with Program delivery vendor to ensure all programs are delivered in time and as per scope

Planning activities including review of vendor project plans, aligning necessary approvals from DIC management and Ministry for delivery of various programs.

Provide refinement to program efforts with new ideas and efforts and work with vendors in continuous review and refinement of the programs

Building startup engagement relationships to understand their ongoing needs and alignment to various DIC programs.

Maintain a Startups needs analysis documents and refine it from time to time.

Promote the DIC Programs to startups including email campaigns, WhatsApp groups and ensure attendance to programs.

Collect post program feedback and attendance from startups and provide reports to DIC management

Review similar reports from program delivery vendors and approve them

Manage the team of 2 specialists and 1 coordinator and ensure task assignment review and reporting.

Report on the team performance to DIC Management.

Ensure the Program delivery is in line with DIC goals and kPIs and provide a KPI alignment report to DIC management from time to time.

Provide Management reporting support to DIC management for internal reporting and presentations

Build and support content for the DIC website along with marketing team

Promote the DIC technology platform to other institutions investors and startups in Qatar and abroad

Review and approve investor and institutional mandates on the DIC technology platform
-
Represent DIC in government events in Qatar and ensure strong participation

Build relationships and engage the startups with incubators, investors and partners.

Build and manage the DIC partner program and ensure proper adherence to the program guidelines
-
Review startup progress reports on a regular basis and ensure alignment with goals and KPIs.

Provide suggestions for startup termination based on nonperformance.

Plan for mid-year and cohort intakes into DIC program and cohort

Provide holiday backups and management support for DIC management team

Involve in key strategy planning and roadmap building activities for DIC

Be the sole point of contact with the team for program clarifications and support from startups.

Provide support to startup needs and ensure they are met in time.

Liaison with program delivery vendor to get details on programs and pass them on to startups.

Pre and Post program delivery activities to establish the final outcomes and results of the programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor/s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field,
Language requirement: Arabic Speaker (preferred)
Desired Experience
7-10 years of experience in program management, innovation management, digital transformation, or technology - led initiatives.
proven experience managing multiple programs or complex portfolios simultanously.
