Consultant Doctor

The Consultant Doctor will lead the clinical delivery of medical weight management services, providing safe, ethical, and evidence-based care to patients seeking weight loss and metabolic health improvement. The role includes patient assessment, treatment planning, prescription of weight-loss therapies, and clinical oversight of multidisciplinary slimming programs.

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments for patients seeking weight loss treatment
• Develop individualized weight management treatment plans
• Prescribe and monitor weight-loss medications
• Monitor patient progress, treatment efficacy, and adverse effects
• Provide lifestyle, nutrition, and behavioral counseling in collaboration with the clinical team
• Ensure all treatments comply with clinical guidelines, regulatory standards, and ethical practice
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records
• Ensure informed consent is obtained for all treatments
• Uphold infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality standards
• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
• Build strong patient relationships through empathetic, non-judgmental care
• Educate patients on realistic weight-loss expectations and long-term health maintenance
• Address patient concerns and manage expectations professionally
• Support clinic growth through clinical expertise Sales and service development
• Contribute to patient retention through high-quality outcomes and care
• Assist with clinical protocols and new treatment introductions
• Previous experience in slimming, obesity medicine, or aesthetic clinics
• Certification or training in obesity or metabolic medicine
• Interest in preventative and lifestyle medicine
• Experience in slimming industry is mandatory
• You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday, Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
