Consultant – Embedded Finance & Lending

Summary

We’re looking for a consultant with over six years of experience in embedded finance and lending . This role combines product management and business analysis—you’ll set the vision, work with stakeholders, and deliver lending solutions that meet both customer and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision and roadmap for embedded finance and lending solutions , collaborating with business and technology teams to launch new capabilities.
• Gather and prioritise business requirements, documenting functional and non‑functional needs so that all stakeholders are aligned .
• Use data analysis tools to turn raw information into insights that guide product decisions and lending strategies.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in an agile environment, driving iterative development and managing delivery risks.
• Coordinate testing and implementation to ensure solutions meet user expectations and comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years’ experience in product management, business analysis, or consulting within embedded finance or lending.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycles, agile delivery, and compliance requirements .
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau .
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
