Position: Consultant – EPM (FCCS Mandatory)

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM professional with strong expertise in FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud) implementation and support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering end-to-end EPM transformations, managing stakeholders and vendors, and driving finance digitalization initiatives across large enterprises.

This role requires a blend of functional finance knowledge, technical EPM expertise, and project management capabilities to lead complex implementations and support ongoing business operations.

Key Responsibilities

FCCS & Oracle EPM Implementation (Mandatory)

• Lead end-to-end FCCS implementation, including design, configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Manage month-end close processes in FCCS and ensure timely and accurate financial consolidation.
• Design and maintain metadata including Chart of Accounts, Entities, Cost Centers, and other dimensions.
• Configure and optimize EPM Cloud modules such as FCCS, EPBCS (Planning), and EPRCS.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation across systems.

EPM Solution Design & Delivery

• Drive assessment, design, and enhancement of Oracle Hyperion and Cloud EPM applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions aligned with best practices.
• Lead EPM transformation initiatives, including migration from on-premise Hyperion to Cloud (FCCS/EPBCS).
• Design and manage integrations across systems using FDMEE/Data Management (DM).

Project & Vendor Management

• Manage multiple vendors and ensure project delivery within timelines and budget.
• Lead project planning, execution, and governance using PMP-based methodologies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of EPM projects.

Data Management & Reporting

• Oversee data loading, validation, and reconciliation across EPM systems.
• Build and maintain mappings, locations, and import formats in FDMEE/DM.
• Develop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Support business users with accurate reporting and actionable insights.

Stakeholder Management & Business Analysis

• Work closely with Finance and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Corporate Business Applications.
• Provide strategic guidance to improve business processes and system efficiency.
• Conduct user training and support change management initiatives.

Support & Governance

• Provide ongoing application support including incident resolution and enhancements.
• Ensure system performance, stability, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Perform system upgrades, migrations, and environment management (DEV/TEST/PROD).

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion applications.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in FCCS implementation (end-to-end).
• Strong experience with:
• Oracle EPM Cloud: FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS, EPRCS
• Hyperion Suite: HFM, Essbase, Planning, Financial Reporting
• Data Integration: FDMEE / Data Management (DM)
• Proven experience in month-end close and financial consolidation processes.
• Experience in on-premise to cloud EPM transformations.
• Strong project management and vendor management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification (highly preferred)
• Certifications in Oracle FCCS / Hyperion / EPM Cloud
• Finance background (B.Com, MBA/PGDBA Finance, CA/ACCA equivalent preferred)

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
