We are actively seeking a qualified and compassionate Consultant in Family Medicine to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, with a strong focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness. You will help patients achieve their health goals through effective communication, evidence-based practice, and individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history assessments and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of acute and chronic health conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educate patients and families about healthy lifestyle habits, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and integration of care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation in electronic health records.

Requirements

• MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathy) from an accredited medical institution.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine (mandatory).
• Valid and current medical license to practice in the respective state.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Family Medicine or a similar clinical role.
• Strong clinical competency with comprehensive knowledge of diverse medical conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
