Consultant - Growth Strategy and Implementation

Join to apply for the Consultant - Growth Strategy and Implementation role at Frost & Sullivan Nepal. The position is based in our Riyadh office, tasked with shaping the next stage of growth within this well established location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end to end large scale projects, especially with government stakeholders, ensuring delivery on scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Advise ministries, authorities, and public sector organizations on strategic transformation, governance, and policy implementation.
  • Develop project management frameworks, governance structures, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Prepare high quality reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior government officials and decision makers.
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement and facilitate alignment across multiple government agencies, private sector partners, and consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, policies, and procedures while integrating global best practices.
  • Provide capacity building and knowledge transfer to client teams in project management and execution excellence.
  • Deliver key tasks of the consulting projects (research, analysis, recommendations, coaching of junior team members, if needed).
  • Collaborate with market insight / industry teams.
  • Identify relevant strategies for clients based on insight.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Master's Degree or MBA in a related business discipline.
  • Previous management experience.
  • PMP certification is mandatory.
  • A total of 7 years' experience in strategy and transformation.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Saudi market with consulting firms.
  • Experience leading strategic projects related to Vision 2030 (e.g., NIS, NIS 2.0, NTP, PPP, OR Shareek program).
  • Experience delivering projects for ministries, VRO departments, or semi government entities.
  • Demonstrated interest in digital trends.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability.
  • Interactions with C suite, ministries' advisors, deputy ministers, VPs, and Managing Directors.
  • Experience supporting sales teams in closing deals.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with complete fluency in English.
  • Experience in an international environment and working with a multi cultural remote team is appreciated.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team entourage.
  • Strong ability to acquire, analyse, and manage information; experience in primary and secondary research, trend analysis, market assessment, and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Client relationship building skills.
