Job Summary
Skodtec Elevators LLC is a trusted elevator installation company in Dubai, delivering safe, innovative, and high-quality vertical mobility solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support our growing operations.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning, organizing, and supervising daily project activities. You’ll work closely with engineers, clients and vendors to ensure that elevator installation projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information between departments.
  • Communicate with clients to identify requirements, scope, and timelines.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Track project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Support procurement and logistics by coordinating material deliveries.
  • Liaise with technicians and site supervisors for installation updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure project compliance with company standards.
  • Assist management in resource planning and quality control.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, project administration, or a similar role (preferably in the construction or elevator industry).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
