Consultant Gynaecologist

We are looking for a Gynaecologist who is more than a specialist; someone who is invested in her/his patients, aligned with hospital growth, and driven to provide holistic women’s healthcare.

This role is ideal for a clinician who balances clinical excellence with empathy, and sees their practice as a journey of growth alongside the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide OPD and IPD care in obstetrics & gynaecology.
• Manage antenatal, postnatal, and gynaecological patients with compassion and accuracy.
• Perform deliveries, caesarean sections, and gynaecological surgeries (laparoscopic & open).
• Collaborate with paediatricians, radiologists, and other specialists for holistic care.
• Take active part in hospital quality initiatives, NABH standards, and patient-safety programs.
• Educate patients & families with clarity and sensitivity, building long-term trust.
• Mentor junior doctors and support academic discussions, CMEs, and case reviews.
• Contribute ideas for service improvement and patient experience enhancement.

What We’re Looking For

• MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, registered with MCI/NMC.
• Clinical expertise with 2–10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong surgical and patient-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and counselling ability.
• Commitment to professional growth and alignment with hospital vision.
• Proactive, empathetic, and willing to go the extra mile for patients and colleagues.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
