Job Title: Consultant Gynecologist
Location: Dadri, Greater Noida
Department: Obstetrics & Gynecology
Reports To: Medical Superintendent / Head of Department

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Consultant Gynecologist to provide expert care in women’s health, including obstetrics, gynecological disorders, and reproductive health. The Consultant will lead clinical services, guide treatment protocols, and ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized care in obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive health.
  • Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions, including infections, hormonal disorders, and reproductive issues.
  • Perform routine and high-risk deliveries, surgeries (such as hysterectomy, laparoscopy), and other interventions.
  • Guide and supervise junior doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff.
  • Offer antenatal, postnatal, and family planning counseling to patients and families.
  • Lead case discussions and clinical audits to improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in formulating clinical protocols, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to medical ethics.
  • Coordinate with other departments for multidisciplinary care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and reports.
  • Stay updated on advances in gynecological treatments and research.

Qualifications:

  • MBBS from a recognized university – Mandatory.
  • MD / DNB / DGO or equivalent specialization in Obstetrics & Gynecology – Mandatory.
  • Additional certification or fellowship in high-risk pregnancy, infertility, or laparoscopy is desirable.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience as a gynecologist in a hospital or clinic setting.
  • Experience handling high-risk pregnancies, surgeries, and outpatient care is preferred.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in women’s health.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and counseling abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage emergencies.
  • Leadership and mentoring capability.
  • Well-versed in medical protocols, ethical practices, and patient confidentiality.
  • Analytical mindset for reviewing patient outcomes and improving care delivery.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
