As a Consultant Hand Surgeon in a Government Healthcare Facility, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of hand and upper extremity disorders, including traumatic injuries, degenerative diseases, and congenital issues. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans and deliver exceptional surgical care while adhering to healthcare guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with hand and upper extremity conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans encompassing both surgical and non-surgical interventions.
• Perform advanced surgical procedures to restore function and alleviate pain.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Participate in community outreach programs and educate patients and families regarding hand health and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Completion of a residency in Orthopedic Surgery and fellowship training in Hand Surgery.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a variety of hand and upper extremity conditions.
• Proficient in performing complex hand surgical procedures.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and community involvement.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively in a team environment.
