Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform using low-code development techniques.

Develop and enhance catalog items within the Service Catalog to support IT service management and business processes.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations to support custom application requirements.

Integrate ServiceNow with 3rd-party systems and applications using REST API, SOAP API, and other integration methods.

Customize and extend ServiceNow platform functionalities using JavaScript, Glide API, and other relevant technologies.

Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of custom applications and integrations to ensure quality and reliability.

Document technical designs, processes, and procedures related to custom application development and integrations.

Expertise working in Service Now Catalog builder and App Engine Studio with data models.

Knowledge and experience of ITSM / CMDB and correlated functionality in ServiceNow.

Knowledge on with ITIL / ITSM framework and terminology

Advanced data querying, transformation, and processing languages such as SQL, Python, Power BI DAX/M Query, or SAS.

SCM technologies. Examples include GitHub.

Operational, enterprise, and analytical relational/non-relational data stores such as AWS, SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2.

Experience with development and workflow methodologies such as SAFE Agile and Kanban.

Knowledge of cloud platforms and surrounding ecosystems (AWS preferred but not required).

3+ years of related work experience with proven experience in automation or data engineering.

Partner with GRC Engineering data team to collaboratively deliver automated processes for our Governance, Risk, and Compliance products.

Understand the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into ServiceNow solutions.

Should be able to Configure/Customize the ServiceNow system(catalog items and applications), including creating/Customizing workflows, Client-side Scripts, Server-side scripts, HTML, CSS and Now UI.

Develop and support the integration of 3rd party systems with ServiceNow (SOAP and REST) with the ability to load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems

Recognize improvement opportunities and deliver them with automation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree - engineering preferred
Relevant Service Now certification
