Consultant - Internal Audit (Bilingual Arabic Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate the client’s risk areas covering all processes (core and support) and provide comprehensive input to the development of a risk-based internal audit plan.
• Supervise and manage a team of resources across different client engagements. Planned, organized, direct and monitor engagements including overall quality of deliverables and client management.
• Develop relevant audit programs and procedures including Risk and Control Matrix (RCM)
• Perform and manage projects by supporting the team in documenting client processes and procedures, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and identifying and defining issues.
• Review and manage engagement work papers.
• Communicate the results of the assignments through written reports and oral presentations to the Engagement Director and Client Management
• Assist the Engagement Reporting Manager/Director in developing and expanding the client portfolios by identifying new solutions and promoting the various solutions available within Protiviti.
• Prepare, track and conduct proposal meetings with the client.
• Train, motivate and engage the team through individual contacts and group meetings.

Desired Profile:

• CA / CIA/ MBA Finance or any other similar professional qualification with a commerce background.
• 3-5 years of experience in providing Internal Audit, Consulting, Advisory and Risk Management related services.
• Work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Candidates with prior Management Consulting and experience will be preferred.
• Knowledge on Next Generation IA Solutions like Continuous Control Monitoring, Process Mining, Analytics would be an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, project management and client relationship skills
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment.
• Experience in mentoring and people developmental skills.
• Demonstrate creative thinking and rigorous data analytical skills in solving business problems.

Location:

Selected personnel would be based out of the Dubai/Abu Dhabi office.
