What your new challenge will look like
Support the execution of supply chain consulting projects across multiple industries.
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Develop models, dashboards, and tools to support decision-making.
Contribute to solutions in areas such as supply chain strategy and network design, demand planning and inventory optimization, transportation and logistics operations, intralogistics and production, etc.
Prepare client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and recommendations.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Conduct research on industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
Support internal initiatives, including knowledge development and recruiting efforts.
Why you belong at 4flow
Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, logistics or supply chain management.
2+ years of relevant practical experience in consulting or in our key industries with a focus on logistics and supply chain management.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to communicate effectively with client customers at all organizational levels.
Proficiency in Excel; experience in SQL, Python, or other data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Ability to travel up to 80% during client engagements.
Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (no relocation or sponsorship available).
