Role Overview:

As a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte, you will work on multidisciplinary projects focused on:

You’ll help clients solve complex HR challenges and support them in achieving strategic people goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop HR strategies and business plans for public and private sector clients in consumer, retail and new age organizations.
• Design and deliver transformation initiatives, focusing on organizational structure, skills, culture, and performance.
• Improve HR function efficiency by challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities.
• Implement future-state HR functions with a focus on employee experience.
• Develop and execute leadership development programs and culture change initiatives.
• Facilitate learning and development programs through workshops and labs.
• Support executive talent acquisition efforts.

What You Offer:

• MBA - HR from Premier B-School.
• 1-3 years of relevant consulting experience.
