What you will do

Lead developmental assessments – identify delays, disorders, and special needs in children

Provide specialist consultations – guide families and clinical teams in creating individualized care plans

Implement therapeutic interventions – coordinate medical, behavioral, and educational strategies
-
Manage complex cases – act decisively in managing challenging developmental or behavioral conditions
-
Foster collaboration – unite pediatricians, therapists, educators, around a holistic care plan
-
Advance practice – contribute to quality initiatives and protocol development
-
Uphold standards – ensure compliance with Taiba protocols, MOH regulations, and ethical best practices

9+ years post-specialty experience in pediatrics, with expertise in developmental and behavioral care
-
Medical degree with pediatric specialty training (PhD/ Doctorate/ Membership/ Fellowship/ Board Certification – USA, Canada, UK, Germany, GCC, or equivalent)

Advanced certification or fellowship in Developmental Pediatrics or related subspecialty
-
Proven ability to manage complex neurodevelopmental conditions
