Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia for pediatric patients undergoing cardiac and cardiothoracic surgeries
• Manage perioperative care including pre-operative assessment, intraoperative management, and post-operative support
• Collaborate closely with pediatric cardiac surgeons, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Handle high-risk and complex congenital heart disease cases
• Monitor and maintain hemodynamic stability during procedures
• Participate in pediatric cardiac ICU care when required
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and research activities

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• DOH License or Eligibility (preferred)
• Fellowship or subspecialty training in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia
• Proven experience at Consultant level in pediatric cardiac cases
