Consultant Pediatric Rehabilitation (American Board) - Dubai. Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced American board-certified physician in pediatric rehabilitation to provide comprehensive and specialized care for pediatric patients. The role focuses on evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing support for patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including physical, cognitive, and emotional assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Administer therapies across disciplines (physical, occupational, and speech therapy).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and strategies to improve rehabilitation outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in pediatric rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• American Board certification in Pediatric Rehabilitation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pediatric Rehabilitation Consultant.
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current practices and protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
