Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose, evaluate, and manage patients with complex neurological disorders including stroke, neuromuscular conditions, and movement disorders.
• Develop comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation plans tailored to patient needs.
• Provide expert consultation on acute and chronic neurological cases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Interpret neurological investigations and diagnostic studies accurately.
• Participate in departmental quality initiatives, clinical audits, and case discussions.
• Supervise and support junior medical staff and allied healthcare professionals when required.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with hospital standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree from a recognized institution.
• Board Certification / Specialist Certification in Neurology.
• Consultant-level experience in Stroke, Neuromuscular Disorders, and Movement Disorders.
• DOH License or DOH Eligibility Letter is preferred.
• Strong clinical expertise and patient management skills.
• Previous experience in a tertiary or government healthcare facility is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
