Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose, evaluate, and manage patients with various oncological conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and oversee chemotherapy and other oncology-related therapies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide expert consultation and guidance on complex oncology cases.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and medical records.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings.
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards, ethical practices, and patient safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree from a recognized institution.
• Board Certification / Specialist Certification in Oncology.
• Consultant-level experience in Oncology.
• DOH License or DOH Eligibility Letter is preferred.
• Strong clinical expertise and decision-making capabilities.
• Previous experience in a tertiary or government healthcare facility is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
